IDEAL COMBINATIONS

Flavors that marry together are decadent ideal combinations. A varying combination of ingredients not only adds to the exotic flavors and vibrant texture of the dish but also allows you to explore a new palate every time.

Be it sweet with something sour.

Be it tangy with something savory.

Be it nutty with something gooey.

Be it runny with something sautéed.

Initially, when I started to steer towards a healthy diet, I only found myself reading between the ingredients of each condiment bottles and jars in my pantry, trying to find some combinations that would be ideal with my food yet have less preservatives and sodium content. Eventually, I was conditioned to believe that what is better than some home cooked condiments that will not only be a clean but also complement my meals.

Here I share my favorite ideal combinations, so get ready to tantalize your taste buds!! 😀

HEALTHY HOME-MADE  JAM

Speaking of breakfast each one of us love fruits. Slicing them in a cereal bowl, blending them in smoothies or topping your go to toast.

Jam guarantees we have some thing on hand. My jam journey begins with Raspberry and kiwi jam. They are vibrant, full of flavors and have natural pectin. For jam the selection of fruits is very important. Pick the ones that are not overly ripe. Old fruits have less pectin and you will end up with something runny. You can control the ingredients as this recipe can be easily made with fruits of your choice so get whats in the season and give this  healthy easy jam a try with no HIGH SUGAR CONTENT.
