They are addictive!Each one of us has a favorite noddle recipe of our own.Mine is a special occasion staple recipe that I always cook for a crowd and have lost count how many times people have asked for this recipe.So, readers click to the bookmark now! 😉
Noodles ares so satisfying, they are adoptive in nature and evolve around the surrounding cultures and ingredients. I have tweaked a bit according to availability of ingredients and making nutrition factor the key. What makes them special is the spicy sauce which brings the Asian taste out with lots of deep flavor. So lets jump to the step by step instructions it is a detail recipe but you will thank me later.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Packet spaghetti boiled ( 1/2 Packet whole grain +1/2 packet regular spaghetti)
- 1 Cup chicken strips (1/2 Tsp salt, pepper.garlic powder, vinegar, soya sauce)
- 2 Spring onion bulbs
- Salt&pepper to taste
- 1.5 Cup Bean sprouts
- 1/2 Cup carrots
- 1/2 Cup Red bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Fresh corn
- 1/2 Cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Green beans
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil divided (stir-frying vegetables and noddles)
- 4-5 Tbsp STIR-FRY sauce (recipe below)
- 4 Tbsp Roasted cashews
- 2 Tsp Sesame seeds (black&white)
- A bunch of finely chopped spring onions
STIR-FRY SAUCE: (Szechuan style )
This sauce needs a loooot of chilies to add that fiery texture with a delightfully classic kick. Since, i love making my own condiments i will make a batch and use it for as long at it lasts.
- 1 Thai red chili
- 1 Tbsp sambal oelek (chili paste)
- 8-10 Whole dried red chili peppers
- 6 Garlic cloves minced
- 4 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 8 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Soya sauce/Liquid aminos
- 2 Tbsp White venigar
- 1 Tbsp Salt

1) Sautee’ garlic in the oil till it turns golden brown. Now add the blended chili mixture and all of the above listed ingredients. Add 2 cups of water and cook for about 20 to 30 minutes. This sauce comes handy for stir fry’s it makes every thing taste amazing!

2) Now, this absolutely addictive and flavorful sauce is ready. Trust me this high reward sauce will remain your true best friend and can be used to for stir fry, dips, soups and more.
Its time to marinate some protein for a whole some meal. In a small bowl mix together:
- 1 Cup chicken strips
- 1/2 Tsp salt, pepper.garlic powder,vinegar,soyasauce
- Stir fry the chicken pieces inn a hot wok,once tender add 2 bulbs of spring onions


3) Return wok to high heat with 1 Tbsp of Sesame oil, salt&pepper to taste and stir fry these vegetables on high heat for a minute.
- 1.5 Cup Bean sprouts
- 1/2 Cup carrots
- 1/2 Cup Red bell Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Fresh corn
- 1/2 Cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Green beans
- 1/2 red onion sliced


4) Time to finalize restaurant style recipe with tender chicken, colorful crunchy vegetable’s, and the most amazing sauce so you can skip the take out!!

5) Heat the remaining 1 Tbsp of sesame oil in a large wok. Add the noddles, vegetables, chicken and 4-5 tbsp of stir-fry sauce that we just made according to your level of spice. I ended up adding 4 tbsp. Toss well with a pair of tongs or chopsticks on high flame breaking up the clumps as you go, until noodles are entirely coated. About 2-3 minutes. Add green parts of spring onion and garnish with cashews and sesame seeds.



Give your taste buds this winning combination of crunch, spice and flavors. So addictive and delicious in every bite. Protein and carbs conveniently pack together in your bowl. Technically, these are very close to take out slurpy noodles. Don’t get worried about the prep time its the sauce that take times but once its handy all you need to do is marinate the chicken and stir fry everything in minutes.
